How do I calculate my space area?
Our pricing is based on the size of the sound coverage area. The applicable plan is determined by the total area in which music is played.
Do I need to cancel after the trial period?
No. The trial account expires automatically. A subscription must be actively requested with us.
How do I receive proof of PRS exemption?
Upon request, we will be happy to provide you with a document confirming that our music is PRS-free. In most cases, presenting our contract is sufficient in the event of inquiries from PRS.
How can I book additional features?
All features can be booked on request, as pricing is individually tailored based on the required scope and effort.
When do I need to cancel my subscription?
The cancellation terms depend on the contract duration and are defined in the agreement.
Important to know
Only customers with an active Audiorooms subscription are eligible to receive proof of PRS exemption.
During the trial period, no valid license agreement is in place.
The license is non-transferable.
When signing the contract, the correct sound coverage area must be specified (please note: PRS may verify this).
Audiorooms is not liable for connectivity issues. The customer is responsible for providing a stable internet connection on site.
